SATTYANANDA a.k.a Nikhel Kumar Mahajan has been expressing his inner experiences through abstract art forms. At the age of 16 Nikhel was introduced to the world of computers where he found his thoughts and ideas coming to life. Sattyanada can be best described as spiritual ambient music with rich atmospheric textures, relaxed grooves and micro harmonies. His live sets are focused towards taking listeners on an emotional journey across different musical soundscapes featuring some of the best classical musicians in India.

In 2005 Nikhel conceptualized a compilation VANDE MATARAM – which showcased Indian Electronica at its best & was released on ‘Music Today’. He went into the studio in the winter of 2005-06 and composed, produced and arranged INTERNAL ACTIVITIES his debut album which was released by ‘India Today Group’.
